Italy is known for its diverse and numerous cold regions that vary from north and south. La Cucina uses the highest quality products, starting with prosciutto with a rich tradition, long-dried and matured cheeses, characteristic ingredients such as Roman artichokes, taggiasche olives and a special selection of olive oil, which is the basis of Mediterranean cuisine.

More than 25 years of experience in the capitals of gastronomy Italy and France, as Chef, manager and owner of restaurants, education and training from Le Notre, Alma, College of Hospitality and Faculty of Hospitality, Chef Sergio happily shares his experiences. He wants us all to become gastronomically richer and feel the emotions that nature provides on a plate.
The team of chefs, pizza masters, confectioners of the restaurant La Cucina, represents a set of professional experience, who transfer their passion and love for their work to every bite. Fresh pasta and pizzas that are produced daily in our kitchen, ice cream and sorbets are the right reason to visit us and make sure of their quality and originality.
